Following a comprehensive design process, moulds undergo extensive testing and optimisation in our purpose-built laboratory on highly specialised Netstal Synergy 100 and 240 tonne, Netstal Elion (all electric) 80 tonne and Demag Ergotech 50 tonne moulding machines. The facility also has capacity to take in a customer’s moulding machine, thereby allowing the complete debugging of a moulding production cell on site prior to delivery to the customer.
