She has extensive knowledge of National and International quality and environmental management systems and regulatory requirements including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR820, 93/42/EEC and ISO 14001.

Con holds an honours BSc in Polymer Technology from the Institute of Technology , Athlone. After qualifying he gained considerable experience as a Process Engineer and Technical Manager in both the OEM and trade moulding sectors. He has particular expertise in the cleanroom moulding of components for the medical device and pharmaceutical industries.

A graduate of the Institute of Technology, Sligo, Paul has 20 years experience as a mould designer. Since 1995, he has specialised in multicavity mould design and, during this time, has produced a portfolio of highly sophisticated and efficient mould designs. Motivated as he is by the pursuit of continuous improvement, Paul's mould designs are of world class quality.

Rory Gaffney,
Sales Manager
A graduate of Imperial College, London with a Masters Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Rory has over 15 years experience in tool design, moldflow analysis, sales, and project management. Before taking over as sales manager in Avenue he worked with a major injection moulder and contract manufacturer supplying the pharmaceutical device industry. While there he managed a number of significant device development projects for the market leaders in that sector.
